Who can take part?

Organisations that work with children, young people, or vulnerable adults in education, sport, outdoor learning, performing arts, martial arts, and community activities. (If you’re unsure, ask — the scope is broad by design.)

Phase 1 will begin in 2026. Participants will be given fully licensed software, training and technical support for the duration of the research project.

Safeguard Together

Safeguard Together is an independent, cross-sector research project led by Arc Digital Safeguarding. We’re evaluating how simple digital tools can help staff and volunteers notice, log and act on low-level concerns earlier — strengthening culture while saving time.

  • Early, easy logging of low-level concerns

  • Less admin; clearer processes

  • Confidential, anonymised insights (no identifying data)

  • Independent ethical oversight (IERG)
